Run Kolektiv. is a small, free run club in Opatija. This page explains what we collect when you sign up, why we collect it, and what your choices are. The data controller is Antonio Sterpin, reachable at hello@runkolektiv.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the sign-up form: your first name, last name, email address and phone number, your preferred distance and days, and whether you want the weekly recap. Nothing is collected in the background.

Why we collect it

To message you the meet point in the WhatsApp group before each run and, if you opted in, send a short weekly recap. That is the only use. We do not profile you, advertise to you, or build a marketing database.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time and we'll remove you from the list.

Where it's stored

Submissions go into a Google Form and its linked Google Sheet (provided by Google Ireland Ltd.). We don't sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove you, or until the club stops operating — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to its use. Just email hello@runkolektiv.com and we'll respond — usually within the same week. You also have the right to complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP).

Age

The club is intended for adults. If you're under 18, please sign up together with a parent or guardian.

We keep this simple: no tracking cookies, no advertising, no analytics, no third-party pixels. This site is not used to follow you around the web.

The site stores exactly one thing in your browser's local storage — your language choice (HR or EN) — so it remembers it on your next visit. That's a functional preference, it stays on your device, and it's never sent to us or anyone else.

You can clear it any time through your browser's settings, and the site will keep working normally.

The short version of using this site and running with us:

• Run Kolektiv. is an informal, free, volunteer-run club. No membership, no fee, no federation.
• You run at your own risk. Come healthy, bring water, know your limits. We're fellow runners — not doctors, coaches or insurers — and we're not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss before, during, or after a run.
• Kolektiv first. Wait for the slowest, say hi to new people, no racing, no ego. We can remove anyone from the list who makes the run unsafe or unwelcoming.
• The meet point we send is for the kolektiv — please don't repost it publicly.
• The name, wordmark, photos, and text on this site belong to Run Kolektiv. Please don't reuse them commercially without asking.
